“The best place to buy a property in the UK” is being undermined by the state of roads in the conservation area. Potholes and broken road surfaces with loose tarmac and gravel is proving dangerous for both motorists and in particular people using bicycles, motorbikes, mopeds and scooters.
The Stoke Conservation Society supports the idea that local communities should have the right of appeal in planning applications.
